Location: 5518 W Linebaugh Ave., Tampa, FL 33624 this is located at The Kitchen and Bath Factory. Please visit their website www.TheKitchenandBathFactory.com they are being very accommodating to us for the show. While at the show please feel free to visit the new showroom which will be open from 9AM -5PM.
Time: Show Starts at 8:00 AM and Set-up is at 7:00 AM & will run until the end...
Show Entry Fee: $40.00 Vendor only: $30, each additional table $10
Table space provided to each entrant: 1(one) Table and 2 chairs
**If you can provide your own table and/or chairs, it would be great but not necessary**
Extra Entrant Tables will be available, please let me know in advance by closing date. Limited availability, first come first served!
There will be NO entrant cap on this show, we have plenty of room!
Proxy Showing: $25.00 per person, if you are not attending the show, but are having someone show your models for you, models must be shown under owners name.
Lunch: We will break for 1 hour at Noon for lunch. There are many places near by to eat at. Outside food and drink ARE ALLOWED in the show. Please use extreme caution, i.e. use lids on drinks, throw your garbage in the trash cans, ect. ect.. We have a vending machine with soda bottles for $1.25 and water is free from the water fountain. The water fountain water is run through a reverse osmosis system by AquaSystems® and is top bottled water quality. There is more information on this upon request for those with questions.
Refunds: There will be NO refunds for no-shows, for anyone asked to leave early due to un-sportsman like conduct, or leaving early otherwise. Refunds will not be given after the deadline.
Parking: There will be plenty of parking available, please park in the back of the building. The show hall, The Kitchen and Bath Factory showroom will be open for business and will need the front spaces for customers only.
Directions to Show Hall: From the North & South take I-275 to Tampa and take the Busch Blvd/SR580 exit and head west approx. 3 miles (you will go under the Dale Mabry overpass and make a curve to the right, Busch Blvd will turn into Gunn Hwy here) to Linebaugh Ave and turn left, go approx. 1 mile and just past Nixon Rd, show hall will be on the left hand side or South side of road. IF you get to Anderson Rd, make a u-turn and come right back less than a quarter of a mile on right hand side.
NAMHSA (North American Model Horse Showers Association) Approved- this show will qualify 1st and 2nd place winners of each class for NAN (North American Nationals) 2010 & 2011. For more information on NAMHSA or NAN please visit their website at http://www.namhsa.org/
Other Rules
• 1. Treat everyone with respect; any poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
• 2. No pets of any kind allowed in the show hall.
• 3. No smoking, running, jumping, and so forth. Live shows hold Collectors best models, with many being irreplaceable. Basically you break it, you bought it.
• DO NOT TOUCH MODELS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM OWNER!
• 4. Classes may be spilt or combined as seen fit by Judge.
• 5. By entering this show you and your guests agree to release The Kitchen and Bath Factory and/or Treasures of the Bay Live free of any liabilities, including but not limited to injury to you, you're guests, your property, or your guest's property, whether real or imagined.
• 6. Entrants may sell or trade items from your table.
• 7. Classes and/or Divisions may not run in order according to the set classlist. Please pay attention to announcements for your classes. We will do our best to stagger classes as we understand you may be showing in many different divisions. Performance, China and Foal classes will all start at 8AM sharp!
• 8. Children MUST be with a parent or guardian at ALL times! YOU are responsible for your childrens actions.
Raffles/Door Prizes: I will have raffle items available lots of goodies are planned for this show. Raffle winners DO NOT need to be present at the show to win. Although if the winner is not at the show and the item must be mailed, winner must pay for all shipping costs. Raffle tickets will be available for $1.00 each or six for $5.00. As raffle items are received they will be added to the show website, prepurchasing tickets is available. Door Prizes are welcome if you have any to donate for the show. A big portion of this shows success will be from donations of any kind. If you have any horsey items you would like to donate to the show, appreciation will be tremendous.

Judges decisions are final. If you have a question to ask, please do so when they are not judging. Arguing with the judges is not allowed and may cause you to be asked to leave the show hall.
Divisions
Performance:
• 3 horse limit per class per entrant, 7 min between each class.
• One horse may enter as many performance classes it wants, warranted it does not hinder any time limits set.
• Classes other than Pleasure, add documentation of what your horse is doing, keep it to no larger than 8-1/2" x 11".
• All classes, riders/Handlers are optional, if used be sure they are correct and fit. • Harness does not need vehicles but proper harness is required.
OF Plastic; (Original Finish)
• Factory-Finished plastic models that have not been altered in any way.
• Unnoticeable MINOR touch-ups are permitted.
• Glossed hooves or eyes are not permitted.
OF Stone Plastic:
• Peter Stone Factory models: All regular run/Catalog models, Signature Series, Show Line or any other SR with 50 produced or more.
• No Stone Specialty horses allowed in these classes.
OF Stone Specialty:
• Peter Stone Factory models, OOAK's, Test, or any other SR's with less than 50 produced.
• These horses may only show in OF Stone Specialty.
OF Other Plastic:
• Breyer, Heartland, or other factory mass-produced plastic, regular runs, or other SR's with 500 produced or more.
• No Specialty horses allowed in these classes.
OF Other Plastic Specialty:
• Breyer, Heartland or any other factory mass-produced plastic OOAK, Test, or any other SR's with less than 500 produced.
• These horses may only show in Other Plastic Specialty.
CM (Custom):
• Models changed from their original factory production by, repainting, repositioning, adding hair, or any combination of the listed.
• All horses may enter one breed class and one Workmanship class.
AR (Artist Resin):
• This is to include Original Sculptures and limited edition resin models, not mass-produced.
• AR's can be finished by anyone, to any extent.
• All horses may enter one breed class and one Workmanship class.
OF China/Resin:
• Factory Mass-produced China, porcelain, and resins painted at the factory.
• This is where your Breyer resins and North Lights would show.
CM Glazed China:
• Customized glazed/fired China.
• Please note that this division there is NO LIMIT per stable, and classes will be split if needed.
OF Lakeshore Division:
• May also show in OF China/Resin Disvision.
• Please note that this division there is NO LIMIT per stable, and classes will be split if needed.
• Special awards provided by Lakeshore Collections
ALL Halter Classes:
• 4 horse limits per class per entrant, 3 min between each class.
• Halters are allowed, make sure they fit and are proper for the breed if used!
• No bridles, handlers, or other tack allowed.
Awards
• 1-6th in each class will receive custom flats
• Champs and Reserves will receive custom rosettes
• Overall Champs and Reserves receive a special trophy, medallion and a neck sash
• Best of Show Champ and Reserve receive a blanket of roses and a special prize TBD
Tagging/Cards
Tagging horses are not required, but recommended. Please only add your initials or your name to identify the model is yours, as many of the same models may be on the table at one time. Make sure your tag is face down during judging so the judge can't identify the model belongs to you.
3 x 5 index Cards will be needed for each horse in each class it is in. If your horse is called back for Champions you will need a separate card. Remember to bring extras. Information needed on each card is as follows;

On the reverse side please make sure owners name is added. In the past it has been very popular and simple to pre-print the cards to cut down on time and legibility. If you are showing a rare or uncommon breed please be sure to add reference material such as a picture and a brief summary of the breed standard, to help in authenticity of the breed and type. Please keep this information to no more than 8-1/2" x 11".
